However, if you would prefer to block, limit or delete cookies, you can use your web-browser to do this.

Each web-browser has different ways of doing this, so please look at the 'Help' menu of your browser to learn how to change your cookie preferences.

In order to provide you with personalised services and information on our website, we use and analyse the data that we collect (including through cookies) about you when you visit the website. Your usage data will only ever be consolidated using pseudonyms; we never use non-pseudonymized personal data for purposes of on-site targeting.

Third Party Cookies

Some of the cookies stored on your device that relate to our website will not be directly related to us.

We deploy cookie technologies related to Google Analytics, Google Remarketing, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Yandex, Bing and HotelChamp, each as further described below – These are used by many websites in the world and help us view and analyse visitor information; such as browser versions, visitor numbers, and response to marketing and remarketing activity. This information enables us to improve the website and your visiting experience.

  • The Google Analytics Tag (tracking code (or ID)) is a unique identifier that allows Google Analytics to collect data when inserted into a website. This data includes the time users spend on a webpage, search terms used, and how they came to the site. The tracking code is the mechanism by which Google Analytics compiles data. It consolidates this data into reports, using graphs and other visuals to display the results.

More information on the Google Analytics Tag is available here: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6086097?hl=en

For instructions on how to prevent your data being processed by Google Analytics, see http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en

  • The Google Remarketing Tag (code) is a block of code that adds our website visitors to our data segments, allowing us to target our ads to these visitors. For dynamic remarketing, we will also use event snippets, which passes specific data to Google Ads about our website visitors and the actions that they take on our site.

  • The Facebook Pixel (used for Facebook and Instagram) is a piece of code that we place on our website. It collects data that helps us track conversions from Facebook and Instagram ads, optimize ads, build targeted audiences for future ads and remarket to people who have already taken some kind of action on our website.

More information on the Facebook Pixel is available here: https://www.facebook.com/business/learn/facebook-ads-pixel

  • The TikTok Pixellets us monitor sales, track customer's actions on our website, and find the right audience for our ads. We can use that data to create more effective ad campaigns and attract the target audience to our store.

More information on the TikTok Pixel is available here: https://ads.tiktok.com/help/article?aid=9663

  • The Snap Pixel is a piece of JavaScript code placed on our website that allows us to track the actions that Snapchatters take on our website. For example, when a Snapchatter adds a product to their cart, this triggers a Snap Pixel event that is reported within our ad account.

More information on the Snap Pixel is available here: https://forbusiness.snapchat.com/advertising/snap-pixel

  • The Pixel (provided by Yandex) is a tool to work with our media advertising audience. Pixel collects anonymous IDs of the users who have seen our banners. We use this data to configure targeting in Yandex.

More information on the Pixel is available here: https://yandex.com/support/audience/pixel.html

  • The Universal Event Tracking (UET) (provided by Bing/Microsoft Ads) is a tool that records what customers do on our website. By creating one UET tag and placing it across our website, Microsoft Advertising will collect data that allows us to track conversion goals and target audiences with remarketing lists.

More information on the UET is available here: https://about.ads.microsoft.com/en-us/solutions/tools/universal-event-tracking

  • The HotelChamp [Tag/Pixel/Cookie] is used to add real-time personalisation to the hotel website based on different filters and categories.
