The White Float at FIVE Zurich

On 28 August 2026, The White Float arrives at FIVE Zurich for an immersive evening of floating breathwork, movement, cacao, and mindful connection. Created by Amara Circle in collaboration with TOPSTRETCHING, the experience takes breathwork beyond the studio and onto the water at The Social Pool.
From 7 PM, guests are invited to leave the week behind and experience 40 minutes of guided breathwork from their own white floating mat, surrounded by still water, panoramic views, and the peaceful atmosphere of FIVE Zurich.
The Art of Floating
The evening begins with floating breathwork in Zurich, led by TOPSTRETCHING and designed to bring a new dimension to the practice.
Each guest will have their own premium white floating mat, carefully positioned across the pool. With TOPSTRETCHING headphones provided, the guided session is delivered directly to each guest, allowing you to focus entirely on your breathing while floating gently on the water.
For 40 minutes, the pace of the city fades into the background. There is no busy studio environment and no distractions – simply your breath, the water beneath you, and the guidance of experienced professionals.
The result is a deeply immersive experience designed to help you release the tension of the week and create a moment of genuine stillness.
The Social Pool Becomes The White Float
For one evening, The Social Pool at FIVE Zurich transforms into The White Float.
White floating mats rest across the water, creating a serene setting as the evening light begins to soften. Set against the Uetliberg hillside, FIVE Zurich provides a striking backdrop where the city feels close enough to see, yet far enough away to switch off.
The experience continues with Amara Circle’s signature aesthetic. Every guest receives a matching white bikini to wear during the evening and take home afterwards.

A Cacao Ceremony by Amara Cacao
Following the floating breathwork in Zurich session, guests will gather for a guided cacao ceremony led by Amara Cacao.
As the sun begins to set, ceremonial cacao becomes part of a slower, more grounding ritual. The warm drink and guided ceremony create a natural transition from the movement and breathwork on the water into a quieter moment of reflection.
It is an opportunity to pause, reconnect, and simply enjoy being present as the evening unfolds.
Dr. Kelly: Skin, Science and Ageing Well
The White Float will also welcome Dr. Kelly, the premium aesthetic clinic from Zug.
Joining guests during the evening, Dr. Kelly will share insights into skin, science, and ageing well, bringing professional expertise to an experience centred around wellbeing and self-care.
Guests will also receive a specially selected product from Dr. Kelly as part of the evening’s curated goodie bag.
